PAM K. LEE

Ms. Lee currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Hesperia and General Counsel for the Bell Canyon Community Services District. She handles a wide variety of public agency law, land use and planning, affordable housing, and labor and employment matters. Ms. Lee’s litigation experience includes multi-million dollar inverse condemnation, eminent domain, CEQA, and constitutional rights claims in both State and Federal courts.

JEFF MALAWY

Mr. Malawy serves as the City Attorney for the cities of Lompoc and San Dimas. He advises the firm's clients in a wide range of legal matters pertaining to municipal government, including the California Planning and Zoning Law, the Subdivision Map act, the California Environmental Quality Act, the Brown Act, the Political Reform Act, municipal contracting, land use permitting, and constitutional law issues such as regulatory takings, inverse condemnation, the First Amendment, and civil rights.
