Partner Christine Carson will present a webinar for the California Special Districts Association on Legislative, Legal, and Local Responses to PFAS on April 23, 2024, at 10 am along with Patrick Versluis of Orange County Water District and Matt Stone of Santa Carita Valley Water Agency. The webinar will provide an update on state and federal legislative responses to PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), PFAS litigation, and special district responses to PFAS.
