Featured Attorney: Equity Partner Anthony Taylor

This month Aleshire & Wynder are pleased to recognize Equity Partner Anthony Taylor for his accomplishments since joining our firm in 2003:

1. Anthony serves as outside counsel for public agencies on CEQA and land use litigation matters, including arguing matters before trial courts and appellate courts throughout California.

2. Anthony has served as a contract city attorney for four cities: City of South El Monte (currently) and previously the cities of Cypress, Suisun City and Banning. That experience gives Anthony a unique perspective as one of the few litigators in California who has experience overseeing the inter-workings of local government on CEQA, land use, and other matters from being a city attorney. 

3. For his accomplishments as the lead litigator for the City of Bell’s recovery effort following its nationally publicized corruption scandal in 2010, Anthony was awarded a prestigious California Lawyers Magazine, Attorney of the Year (CLAY) award for 2015.
