Vrunda Shah is an associate at Aleshire & Wynder in the Oakland office. She supports the firm with a broad range of legal matters, including land use, public contracts, CEQA, real estate, and housing matters. She is committed to meeting client needs and actively engaging with the community.
Vrunda also advises municipalities on public law issues such as the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, and the conflict of interest regulations. Vrunda’s practice also includes drafting contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and development-related agreements.
During law school, Vrunda was a member of the Environmental Law Society, King Hall Negotiations Team, and King Hall Futbol Club.
