Tiffany Garza

Paralegal

Tiffany Garza is a Paralegal in the Riverside Office, assisting the firm with unlawful detainers, public record requests, and a variety of other legal matters. Her passion for the law stemmed from growing up in a disadvantaged community where she learned the importance of being informed.

Prior to joining Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, Tiffany gained experience interning as a paralegal at the District Attorney’s office homicide cold case unit and working in a private sector firm assisting with personal injury matters, small claims, family law, criminal law, and immigration cases. Her duties have included pretrial settlements for personal injury matters, drafting documents, and preparing for trials in high-profile criminal homicide cases.

Law is very rewarding to Tiffany, and she enjoys all aspects. Her expertise and assistance have contributed to three successful death penalty verdicts, a million-dollar settlement, and numerous prelit settlements for injured clients. Her goal is to obtain the best results for her clients.
