Rick Rhodehamel

Chief Financial Officer

Rick Rhodehamel is the Chief Financial Officer at Aleshire & Wynder LLP, where he directs the firm’s financial, operational, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with A&W’s core service values.  Rick works closely with firm leadership to increase quality and efficiency across the firm’s processes and operations.

Prior to joining A&W, Rick spent 11 years as Chief Financial Officer of another mid-sized law firm.  His prior experience also includes positions in Real Estate, Investment Management, and Management Consulting.

Rick has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Ohio State University.
