Nick Yeager is an associate in the Irvine office. Mr. Yeager joined the firm as a summer law clerk, and assists the firm’s public agency clients with various aspects of municipal law.
During law school Mr. Yeager worked in the UCI Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he contributed to appellate briefs and oral argument preparation on behalf of the clinic’s clients, who were appealing their immigration cases to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also clerked at the Office of the Orange County Counsel and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
As a summer law clerk at the firm, Mr. Yeager assisted with an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court that received a 2015 Amicus Service Award from the International Municipal Lawyers Association, which is presented to attorneys who have done exemplary work to protect and advance local government interests.
