Erika D. Green is an associate in the Riverside office where her practice encompasses representing public entities in litigation and transactional matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Green practiced as a civil litigation attorney for Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman where her practice encompassed a variety of areas, including catastrophic injury, breach of contract, and products liability matters. Ms. Green also previously worked as a staff attorney for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee where she focused on all aspects of legal administration of chapter 13 bankruptcy estates, including attending court hearings on behalf of the Trustee, conducting Meetings of Creditors, and assisting the U.S. Department of Justice to identify fraudulent filings and criminal Bankruptcy Code violations.
Ms. Green earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Mount St. Mary’s University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School where she served as Note & Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Green clerked in the Disability Rights Legal Center, where she assisted in the drafting of the Benefits Access Guide, a legal resource for public entities and families, which was distributed throughout Los Angeles County.
Ms. Green is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice in the Central District of California.
