Amir Zahedi is located in our Riverside office.
Amir earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and went on to earn his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
In his civil practice, Amir focuses on labor and employment issues, triaging and resolving pre-litigation employment claims before they develop into significant litigation. His understanding of a case's value, desire for a fair resolution, and straight forwardness of the realities to clients has earned him a reputation for fairness and honesty with both clients and opposing counsel. Amir has also handled catastrophic injury and public entity defense with this same drive.
Throughout his career, Amir has represented numerous municipalities, the California Superior Court, Loma Linda University and its related entities, special districts, water districts and local business in the Inland Empire. As a proud Californian, he believes in giving back to the community and has performed over 500 hours of pro bono service while in law school, earning him his law school's inaugural Pro Bono Service Award. In his spare time, you can catch Amir reading about anything and everything he can get his hands on.
