October 7, 2019 -- On November 4, 2019, Shannon Chaffin will be one of three speakers for a CEQA Workshop presented by the Association of Environmental Professionals (“AEP”) in Tulare. The workshop includes training for assessing environmental impacts of a project, including negative declaration, environmental impact reports, effective mitigation, important cases, NEPA considerations and more. The workshop is approved each year for AICP and MCLE credits.
Shannon Chaffin is a partner at Aleshire & Wynder and advises the firm’s clients on municipal government, including land use, environmental, municipal law and CEQA litigation. He has been a regular presenter at a variety of AEP’s CEQA workshops since 2015, and has been a presenter at the State conference for the American Planning Association.
