G. Ross Trindle, III to Present on Cannabis Regulation and Enforcement

G. Ross Trindle, III, a Partner in the Riverside Office and member of the Cannabis Practice Group of Aleshire & Wynder, has been invited to provide a two-hour block of training and discussion to law enforcement executives at the Imperial County law enforcement symposium on January 29, 2019 at the Quechan Casino Resort in Yuma, Arizona. 

The POST-approved training will cover the legal and practical aspects of cannabis regulation at the local level in Imperial County, one of California’s two counties that border Mexico.  Topics will include the latest trends in:  cannabis cultivation, processing, distribution, and sales; criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement; public outreach and information sharing; regionalized support, response, and cost-sharing; and the changing legal landscape at the state, federal, and international levels.
