Chris Neumeyer and Christine Carson to Present on Marijuana and the Workplace at CA Contract Cities Conference

Chris Neumeyer and Christine Carson will speak on, “Not Everybody Must Get Stoned: Managing the Legally Savvy Marijuana User,” at the CA Contract Cities Conference in Indian Wells.  They will discuss the impact of Proposition 64 on drug testing, discipline, reasonable accommodations, and privacy.

The recent passage of Proposition 64, which will allow recreational use of marijuana in California, has created concern over how the right to use marijuana will impact the workplace. With recreational marijuana use on the horizon and medical use already in place, employers have many questions.

Neumeyer and Carson are scheduled to speak at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday May 13, 2017.
