Isaac C. Young is an associate attorney in the LA office. Isaac assists the Firm with a broad range of legal matters, focusing his practice on litigation, code enforcement, labor & employment, land use, property acquisition and takings, real estate, and water matters. Isaac’s litigates cases involving: civil rights, personal injury, environmental matters, and water matters.
Isaac also advises municipalities on public law issues such as the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, and Code Enforcement. Isaac’s practice also includes drafting contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and development related agreements.
During law school, Isaac was a member of the Sales and Use Tax Clinic where he represented individuals and business owners in matters involving the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. There, he helped to resolve licensing issues, settle claims, and assist in the tax appeals process.
