Ms. Andrews is a partner in the firm’s Oakland office. She focuses her practice on public agency law, including housing, environmental law and land use, and public safety and police oversight. She leverages her diverse professional background on behalf of the firm’s clients managing an array of municipal challenges, such as infrastructure development and housing, local revenue generation, multi-agency projects, and public safety and police oversight. She is Assistant City Attorney for the City of Richmond and legal counsel to Richmond’s Community Police Review Commission. She recently supported Suisun City as Acting City Attorney.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Andrews served as VP, Associate General Counsel at The Irvine Company, the State’s largest diversified real estate company where she managed all high-risk litigation using skills and insights gained during her tenure as Litigation Counsel with O’Melveny & Myers, LLP.

She graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Law School and holds a degree in Bioethics from Columbia University. She served for five years on the ethics committee at Summit Medical Center in Oakland.
