Ms. Andrews leverages her diverse professional background on behalf of the firm’s clients managing public-sector challenges such as climate mitigation and adaptation, legacy environmental contamination, infrastructure transition to renewables, affordable housing development and management, social equity and local business development. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Andrews served as VP, Associate General Counsel at Irvine Company, the State’s largest diversified real estate company; and she managed high-risk litigation as Counsel with O’Melveny & Myers, and litigated environmental matters as Associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
Floy has extensive experience managing internal investigations, designing and implementing compliance programs, and working with regulators such as DTSC and local water boards. She recently ran for county-wide public office and co-founded and served as CEO of an innovative, community-based start-up in Berkeley. She holds a degree in Bioethics from Columbia University and served for five years on the Ethics Committee at Summit Medical Center in Oakland.
